SERIOUS SAM G5 MOD?!
Nekorie, a game modder who primarily does mods for Trackmania and Serious Sam, recently uploaded a game mod called Misty's Dreamlands for Serious Sam Fusion 2017: The First Encounter. If you'd like to find out more, check out the article below!
Misty's Dreamlands completely changes the gameplay of Serious Sam. While the latter is primarily a bloody first person shooter, the former is a kid-friendly, 3D platformer where you collect items and do quests for various ponies.
You primarily play as Misty Brightdawn, though Sunny Starscout is also playable later in the game.
As either Misty or Sunny, you explore the cliffs near Maretime Bay while collecting gems and quest items for ponies!
In the second area, you go against actually enemies, which are nefarious bunnies who attack you for getting too close!
There are quite a few coins for you to collect, though an item you can craft with Izzy via Unicycling allows you to find coins via a compass!
There are currently only two areas in the game: The Hub and Sheer Cliffs. However, the mod author currently plans to add more areas including Maretime Bay, Zephyr Heights, and even Opaline's castle!
Even though the game mod is an fan mod not officially associated with Hasbro, Misty's Dreamlands manages to be the best G5 game ever made with stellar platforming, beautiful graphics, and lots of collectibles to find!
Hopefully Nekorie manages to fully finish the mod and create more MLP related mods in the future!
